Welcome to my photo blog. I will try and regularly post some new material here.
A photo I took some years back near where I was living at the time. The Poulnabrone Dolmen is a really, old portal tomb in the Burren, County Clare, Ireland, dating back to the Neolithic period, probably between 4200 BC to 2900 BC. It is one of the most photographed monuments in Ireland. I tried to give the image a mysterious, ancient and magical feel.
Warm light bathes pine forest, hills and a reservoir in the hills of the island of Gran Canaria.
I took this picture two years ago, before our babies were born. At the time we decided that we needed a holiday before our lives went upside down and booked a package tour to the sun. Never regretted it and I got a few nice photos in the bargain :)
This place is a little inland and looks through some lovely pine forest out over the reservoir of Embalse del Mulato.
